What It Does

Enhanced buildable area analysis that runs full constraint subtraction (flood zones, drainage, setbacks, ESA habitat, Significant Ecological Areas) and returns net buildable acres, MW AC capacity estimate at three confidence levels (conservative/central/aggressive), and an interconnect sanity check against nearby substations.
